Description

Lowbush cranberries, also known as lingonberries, grow in colorful abundance in Alaska. They have an invigorating, tart flavor and have long been valued by Alaska Natives for their sustaining properties. They are touted as a powerfully nutritious and potentially healing food and digestive aid. The flavors blend particularly well with poultry or wild game. The sauce is lightly sweetened with sugar and our own pure birch syrup. Use to accompany a Thanksgiving dinner, as a preserve on toast or yogurt, with nut butters, and in dessert recipes. It also contains organic, grated orange rind, orange juice, local raw honey, and fresh grated ginger. Be creative and enjoy! Available in a generous 9 oz jar.
