You further acknowledge that laser technicians exercise artistic discretion to achieve the best possible outcome based on the selected products. In some cases, certain products may not be suitable for specific engraving requests and may be substituted with a comparable alternative. Accordingly, all custom products are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Photo bowls are priced differently due to engraving and finishing processes. Please refer to Personalized Photo Bowls if you would like a photo on your bowl.
