Warranty and Returns

First off, if you are unhappy or one of our bowls has failed you, we apologize and will work with you to make it right.

Warranty: Each of our bowls, we make in house and sometimes there are problems with the wood that are not caught by the QC team, should a bowl (other than our seconds) fail you, we have a life-time warranty and will replace the bowl(s) at no charge to you. However, we do require pictures and a receipt to validate your purchase and subsequent replacement.

Returns: If you are unsatisfied with your bowl, in any way, you can return the bowl within 30 days of your purchase so long as it is in unused condition. Doing so, we will refund the purchase, minus shipping costs.
