Warranty and Exchanges

First off, if you are unhappy or one of our bowls has failed you, we apologize and will work with you to make it right.

Warranty: Each of our bowls, we make in house and sometimes there are problems with the wood that are not caught by the QC team, should a bowl (other than our seconds) fail you, we have a life-time warranty and will replace the bowl(s) at no charge to you. However, we do require pictures and a receipt to validate your purchase and subsequent replacement.

Exchanges: If you are unsatisfied with your bowl, in any way, we are happy to exchange it or provide a gift certificate, however, we do not give refunds. We will exchange the entire value of the purchase, minus the shipping costs for mailing the item to you. We cover return shipping, but you have to ship to us.
