Please note that soda/water items are non-refundable once they have been shipped, particularly if damage is due to freezing temperatures or damage that can occur due to how the package is handled once it has been shipped. Freezing temperatures begin in October and can continue thru April in Alaska. We are not able to add warmers to our packages that can withstand our cold temperatures here in Alaska for shipping.
