Handcrafted in Alaska, this scraper is designed asymmetrically for multiple functions, including a flat beveled edge for dividing and shaping dough and two different angled curves to fit the angles of common mixing bowls, including our own 11” Alaskan Birch Wood Mixing Bowls.
