Jesse has been carving for over five decades. His passion began at eight years old, when he attended a fair and watched an Alaskan chainsaw carver at work. Inspired, he went home and created his very first carving-and he's never stopped.
Today, Jesse works in a wide range of traditional materials including antler, stone, and bone. His pieces reflect a lifetime of practice, patience, and respect for the land and the animals that inspire his art. Each carving is approximately 1 1/4'' X 5/8''
