This Piccata sauce is everything you need in a bottle and is great with salmon. Of course, this sauce is good with almost any light or hearty fish! Directions: Marinate fillets for 30 minutes, then place in preheated oven 400°F and cook for 10 minutes or until done. This sauce is also excellent as a sauté.
